The first appearance of the [[Desert Eagle]] in the Silent Hill series, it is erroneously referred to ingame as a ".45 Pistol" and is only available from certain ingame green lockers if a pre-order code is entered. Like the M1911 in this game, it too has a 7 round capacity and (erroneously) uses the same ammunition despite doing slightly more damage.
