Smith and Wesson Model 36 - .38 special

Dewey realises his gun is empty

Dewey uses this gun throughout the film, He takes several shots at the killer but the killer has a bullet proof vest on and the gun was also empty when Dewey had a perfect shot at the killer. Sidney too uses a S&W 36 to shoot the killer, but the kilers vest also protects him.

Smith & Wesson 4006

Smith & Wesson 4006 Pistol - .40 S&W

Detective Mark Kincaid's standard side arm throughout the film is the S&W 4006. He gives the gun Dewey and tells him to go and get the sonofabitch (Killer) After Dewey shoots the killer several times in the torso he shoots him once in the head and finally kills him once and for all.

Walther PPK

Walther PPK .380 ACP

Sidney takes a Walther PPK out of a drawer in the police station just before she heads for Miltons mansion. She is later forced by the killer to throw it in the pool at Miltons mansion. Sidney, however also brought a S&W 36.

Remington 1866 Derringer

Det Mark Kincaid is seen to have a second gun on him, a Remington 1866 Derringer. He enters the secret screening room with it but is knocked out by the killer. The killer then shoots the two bullets at Sidney. But as siblings think alike she also has a vest on.
