The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming (1966).

The following firearms were used in the film The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming:

PPSh-41

Many of the Russians carry the PPSh-41 submachine gun. Although several of the Russians, such as Alexei Kolchin (John Phillip Law) and Lt. Rozanov (Alan Arkin), handle the PPSh, only Walt Whittaker (Carl Reiner) fires it when Rozanov drives towards him in a stolen black Volkswagen. Whittaker erroneously refers to the weapon as a "Tommy gun".

Soviet PPSh-41 Submachine Gun - 7.62x25mm Tokarev

Kolchin guards the Whittaker family as Rozanov leaves the home.

Kolchin reacts to the Whittakers' daughter coming downstairs.

Whittaker and Kolchin fight over the submachine gun.

The Russians arrive at Muriel Everett's house.

Rozanov takes the PPSh from one of his men.

Elspeth (Eva Marie Saint) holds the submachine gun as Whittaker heads out on the bicycle.

One of Rozanov's men aims the PPSh at Whittaker.

In addition to the PPSh-41, several of the Russians carry Madsen M50 submachine guns.

Lt. Rozanov (Alan Arkin) keeps a Nagant M1895 as his main sidearm.

Several of the townspeople carry side-by-side double-barreled shotguns. Walt Whittaker (Carl Reiner) also uses one when searching for Rozanov at his home.

Several townspeople carry M1 Garand rifles when responding to the news of the Russians in Gloucester.

Some of the Gloucester townspeople have Brown Bess Flintlock Muskets.

Some townspeople have Single Action Army Quickdraw Model revolvers with 4.75" barrels.

Several townspeople aim Quickdraw SAAs when anticipating the Russians.

Winchester Model 1892

Many of the townspeople in Gloucester have Winchester Model 1892 rifles when responding to the Russian "invasion".

A man over Fendall's left shoulder has a Winchester.

Smith & Wesson Model 10

Police Chief Link Mattocks (Brian Keith), his assistant Norman Jonas (Jonathan Winters), and some of the townspeople have Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers.

Smith & Wesson Model M&P Revolver - .38 Special

Jonas threatens to arrest Fendall.

Mattocks re-holsters his Model 10 as he approaches the submarine captain.

Jonas and another man raise their Model 10s when the submarine captain threatens to shoot up the town.

Mosin Nagant Rifle

Some of the townspeople carry Mosin Nagant Rifles.

Behind Mattocks and Rozanov, a man holds a Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle.

Several townspeople also use pump shotguns during the Russian "invasion".

Browning M1919

For some reason, the Russians have a Browning M1919 mounted.

A variant of the Browning M1919 developed during World War 2, this model is designated the M37, with the ability to feed from either the left or the right of the weapon - 30-06.

The Russians aim at the townspeople.
