The following guns were used in the film Resident Evil

Beretta 92FS Inox

Alice (Milla Jovovich) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox taken off the dead security guard to shoot zombie dogs.

Alice discards the empty Beretta Inox and kills the final dog with a swift kick.

Walther P99

One of the commando carries a Walther P99 which we most notably seen when the commandos storm the mansion in the beginning of the movie. It could also be Smith & Wesson SW99, but I don't know for sure.

Definitely a P99 - 'squared' trigger guard as compared to the SW99's rounded one.

Springfield Armoury Mil-Spec M1911A1

Rain Ocampo (Michelle Rodriguez) uses a Springfield Armoury Mil-Spec M1911A1 with Pachmayer grips and an accessory rail as her sidearm. This weapon is also shared between the characters, specifically Alice (Milla Jovovich), when all of their other weapons run out of ammunition. Matt (Eric Mabius) can also be seen trying to draw a Springfield Armory M1911A1 on the commandos in the beginning of the movie before it is taken away from him.

Alice eyes Rain's M1911A1 on a lab bench after learning of Spencer's (James Purefoy) betrayel.
Spencer holds the M1911A1 on Alice, continuity errors are seen here when they make it clear they're using a different gun, notice how the M1911A1 lacks the accessory rail in some shots, but has it again in others.
Spencer fires the M1911A1 into a zombie that just bit him. The Springfield armory symbol is clearly visible.
Spencer holds the M1911A1 on Alice before leaving to get back on the train.
Alice holds the M1911A1 on Rain fearing that she'll come back as a zombie, this is also a good shot of the accessory rail.
Alice fires the M1911A1 into the licker's head on the train.

Unknown Revolver

Chad Kaplan (Martin Crewes) uses a Unknown five shot revolver as his weapon.

Smith & Wesson 5906

J.D. Salinas (Pasquale Aleardi) uses a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his sidearm. He also uses this weapon to shoot a zombie two times in the knee caps and three shots to the chest before Rain unloads her MP5K and sends it flying unrealisticly.

Heckler & Koch G36K

J.D. Salinas (Pasquale Aleardi) uses a Heckler & Koch G36K as his primary weapon. One (Colin Salmon) also carries a G36K. All of the folding stocks have been removed and replaced by tactical reciever endcaps..

AG36 Grenade Launcher

One (Colin Salmon), like J.D. Salinas (Pasquale Aleardi) also carries a Heckler & Koch G36K, but his assault rifle has an AG36 grenade launcher mounted under the barrel of the gun. In the United States movie poster Alice (Milla Jovovich) holds the G36K by the AG36 grenade launcher's pistol grip.

In the movie, you can see One also shouldering his G36 by the AG36's pistol grip. It is a very incorrect way to hold this kind of weapon. Unless someone can point out how tactically sound it is.

Hi-Standard K-200

Alice (Milla Jovovich) grabs a Hi-Standard K-200 20 gauge riot/self defense shotgun with rifle sights out of a police car in the abandoned streets at the end of the film.
