Resident Evil: Retribution is the fifth installment in the Resident Evil film franchise. Milla Jovovich returns as Alice in the 2012 3D sequel and several characters from the previous films also make return appearances. In addition, several characters from the videogames not previously introduced make their film debuts here including Leon S. Kennedy (Johann Urb), Barry Burton (Kevin Durand), and Ada Wong (Li Bingbing).

Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226
Alice (Milla Jovovich) is seen dual-wielded SIG-Sauer P226 pistols when engaging Umbrella soldiers at the beginning of the film that takes place in the immediate aftermath of Resident Evil: Afterlife. This may be a continuity error, as she was not seen using these pistols in the previous film.
SIG-Sauer P220 Sport
Alice uses a SIG-Sauer P220 Sport she obtains from a cop car in the Tokyo simulation. The pistol is seen clicking empty instead of the slide lock.
Beretta 92FS
A Raccoon City police officer is seen briefly using a Beretta 92FS while repelling zombies at the film's beginning.
Glock 17
Ada Wong (Li Bingbing) appears to pull a Glock 17 with a rail mounted white light.
Smith & Wesson Model 629 Performance Center
The .44 Magnum Smith & Wesson Model 629 Performance Center is seen carried by Barry Burton (Kevin Durand). Holstered on his vest, the revolver appears to be mocked up to resemble its video game counterpart (which was a .357 Magnum Colt Python).
Submachine Guns
TDI Vector
The TDI Vector appears as one of the main guns handled by Alice (Milla Jovovich) in the film. The SMG's seen have the stock and foregrips removed. The SMG's are first seen as part of a cache of weapons discovered by Alice and then are dual-wielded by her throughout the film.
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
Rain is seen carrying a Heckler & Koch MP5A5 in the film. She was seen training with one she trained in a behind-the-scenes video.
Heckler & Koch MP7
Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory)) also uses a Heckler & Koch MP7 as her personal weapon while under Wesker's control.
Yugoslav Model 61 Skorpion
Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory)) fires a pair of Yugoslavian made Model 61(i) Skorpion submachine guns while falling from an Umbrella attack ship. This appears to be a continuity error, as the coda scene to Resident Evil: Afterlife, showed her carrying MP9's.
Shotguns
Dual 12 Gauge Sawed-Off Double Barreled Shotguns
In the immediate aftermath of the previous film, Alice wields the pair of sawed-off 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns in a dual shoulder rig setup. The shells appear to have been loaded with quarters as seen in [Resident Evil: Afterlife]].
Rifles
AK Rifles
Zombified Russian soldiers in the Moscow simulation are armed with AK rifles.
Colt M4A1
What appears to be an Colt M4A1 fitted with an M203 Grenade Launcher is seen carried by Rain Ocampo (Michelle Rodriguez).
Galil ACE
A Galil ACE is seen in the hands of both James "One" Shade (Colin Salmon) as well as Barry Burton (Kevin Durand).
Heckler & Koch G36C
A two-tone Heckler & Koch G36 appears to be the weapon carried by Luther West (Boris Kodjoe).
IMI Tavor TAR-21
Umbrella guards as well as Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) appear to be armed with an IMI Tavor CTAR-21. Ada also is seen with the rifle.
SIG SG 552
A SIG SG 552 assault rifle fitted with an EOTech sight is carried by Leon Kennedy (Johann Urb).
Machine Guns
GE M134 Minigun
The Umbrella VTOLs open fire on the Arcadia with dual miniguns and air-to-ground missiles.
Browning M2
Browning M2s are seen in machine gun nests atop the White House on either side of Alice.
PKM
A Russian soldier holds what appears to be an PKM during the Moscow simulation.
Other
RPG-7
An infected Russian officer fires what appears to be an RPG-7 during the Moscow simulation.
