RahXephon is a 26 episode anime series from Studio Bones that combines the traditional anime mecha genre with elements of Mesoamerican mythology.

Walther P99
The government agents sent to arrest Ayato in episode 1 are armed with Walther P99 handguns. Haruka Shitow commandeers one of these weapons after subduing an agent.

Howa Type 89
Both soldiers inside and outside of Tokyo Jupiter make frequent use of the Howa Type 89 rifle.

Heckler & Koch MP5A5 (?)
In episode 15, a commando unit raids the Bähbem manor in search of a young, incomplete Dolem. While the weapon that these soldiers are armed with are clearly intended to be H&K MP5A5s with Surefire forend weaponlights, their weapons are drawn in a rather bizarre fashion giving them a rather deformed appearance.

This shot offers a glimpse of the strange weapon these soldiers carry.
The MP5s in this shot are rather normal, if a bit disproportional.
Here we see the true (?) nature of these weapons. While they are clearly modeled after MP5A5s, the stock appears to be a side-folding model, and both the foreend and lower receiver appear to melt into neighboring components.

Glock 17
Helena von Bähbem is seen using a 3rd Generation Glock 17 near the end of the series.

TERRA Pistol
Various members of TERRA are seen carrying this fictional handgun design. It draws heavy influence from the Vektor CP1 pistol, and comes standard with a laser module attached to the dustcover.
