An unidentified AR-type carbine is featured in-game, referred to as the "QR-4".

A modified version called the "Hammerhead" is available in the Dutch 2025 DLC pack. It has a different handguard and flash hider, an M4A1/M16A4's carrying handle, a stock reminiscent of the Hera Arms CQR, and an FN 40GL / M203 hybrid grenade launcher.
