The Pianist is a 2002 World War II biographical drama directed by Roman Polanski and starring Adrien Brody as Wladyslaw Szpilman, a pianist who witnesses the German occupation of Poland. The film was adapted from Szpliman's autobiographical novel of the same name and would go on to be nominated for seven Academy Awards, receiving two for Best Director and Best Actor.

The following weapons were used in the film The Pianist:

Pistols

Luger P08

The Luger P08 is used by a brutal SS officer, primarily in summary executions.

Luger P08 - 9x19mm
The SS officer selecting Jews with his Luger P08.
Note the fake post-production muzzle flash.
The SS officer kills a Jewish woman for asking a question. You can tell the armorer only loaded the Luger with one round as the action locks back after the officer fires this shot.
The SS NCO executes several Jewish workers for looking weak.
The SS NCO draws a new magazine...
... and reloads his P08.

Walther P38

Walther P38s are smuggled into the Warsaw Ghetto and later used by resistance fighters.

Walther P38 - WWII dated with black grips - 9x19mm
Władysław Szpilman (Adrian Brody) finds a Walther P38 being smuggled in with potatoes.
A resistance fighter helping a wounded comrade has a Walther P38 in his free hand.

Tokarev TT-33

The Tokarev TT-33 can be seen in a holster of Polish police officers, but they never pull it out.

Tokarev TT-33 - 7.62x25mm Tokarev
A Polish police officer has a holster for a Tokarev TT-33. In real life, the Polish police at this time used Nagant M1895 revolvers.
A Polish soldier on the left has a holster for a Tokarev TT-33, but the gun itself is not seen.

Walther PP

The Walther PP is seen in a holster of Captain Wilm Hosenfeld (Thomas Kretschmann).

Walther PP - .32 ACP
A Walther PP in a holster of Captain Wilm Hosenfeld (Thomas Kretschmann).
When Hosenfeld stands straight, you can see the Walther PP magazine extension.
