Outbreak
Outbreak is a 1995 thriller directed by Wolfgang Petersen (Air Force One) and stars Dustin Hoffman as a US Army doctor who discovers that the deadly virus that has infected an entire California town is on the verge of infecting the entire country. The film's cast includes Rene Russo, Cuba Gooding Jr., Kevin Spacey, Donald Sutherland and Morgan Freeman.

Handguns
Beretta 92FS
US Military personnel including Maj. Salt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Brig. Gen. Billy Ford (Morgan Freeman) as well as numerous Army soldiers carry and use the Beretta 92FS standing in for the M9.
Colt M1911A1
Lt. Col. Briggs (Dale Dye) carries a M1911A1 inside a Bianchi M12 holster with chest harness.
Colt MKIV Series 70
Lt. Col. Briggs (Dale Dye) carries in his holster a Colt MKIV Series 70 alternately at his M1911A1.
Unknown Automatic
The depot guard carries an unknown automatic. Perhaps a SIG-Sauer pistol.
Rifles
Colt M16A1 with A2 Style Handguards
The US troops who go into the town appear to be armed with M16A2s, but in reality these rifles are the M16A1 with A2 Style Handguards.
MGC M16 Replicas
Upon closer examination, some of the M16A2 rifles carried by the US troops were MGC M16 replica rifles that were fitted with M16A2 foregrips and "birdcage" flash hiders to make them look like M16A2s.

Colt XM177E2
Some troops carry an XM177E2 thought most of them appear to be the later version plastic MGC Colt Commando (replica copy of the XM177-E2) that was sold just prior to the rise in popularity of Airsoft versions.
Colt Model 733
Some of the soldiers carry Model 733s.
Colt Model 654 or GUU-5/P
One of the soldiers arriving with General Ford (Morgan Freeman) carries a compact M16-type rifle. This weapon looks like a Model 654.
A soldier guarding the mobile lab also carries a similar rifle.
British L1A1 SLR
A European (mostly likely British) mercenary is seen shooting an British L1A1 SLR (Self Loading Rifle) at the beginning of the film (note the foresight ears and the barrel on the rifle). An African Soldier is also seen using one.

Ithaca Model 37
The Ceder Creek Police use the Ithaca M37 shotgun.
Submachine Guns
Thompson M1A1
A mercenary uses a Thompson M1A1 during the conflict in Africa in 1967.
Sten Mk II
One British mercenary at the film's beginning brandishes a Sten Mk II.
M2 Carbine
Some mercenaries are seen using M2 Carbines.
FN FAL 50.00
A number of African soldiers are seen armed with FN FAL rifles at the film's beginning.
Machine Guns
M60 Machine Gun
Some of the soldiers are equipped with the M60 Machine Gun.
Browning M1919A6 Machine Gun
During the battle in 1967, a British mercenary opens fire with a Browning M1919A6 Light Machine Gun.
Browning M2HB
Browning M2HB seen mounted atop US Army humvees, APC's, as well as in gunpods mounted to the sides of UH-1 "Huey" gunships.
Remington 7600
One of the three civilians that try to escape from Cider Creek fires with a Remington 7600 at a U.S. Army helicopter, thanks go to Gunmaster45 for the identification.

M203 Grenade Launcher
Some soldiers carry a M203 grenade launchers mounted on their M16's.
Pneu Dart Model 179B CO2 Pistol
Maj. Salt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) uses a Pneu Dart Model 179B CO2 Pistol to catch the little monkey.
