Nothing But Trouble

Note that all the screencaps are fairly low-grade. If someone can obtain higher-quality images to replace them with, that would be just peachy.

The following weapons are seen/used in the film Nothing But Trouble:

Nothing But Trouble (1991)

Spectre M4

The most prominent weapon in the film, the Spectre M4 SMG is used by Valkenvania Police Chief Constable Dennis Valkenheiser (John Candy), and Constable 'Miss Purdah' (Valri Bromfield). All the Spectres in this film have the foregrips and folding stocks removed.

Spectre carried in the hand of Dennis (John Candy), after he orders Chris Thorne (Chevy Chase) to follow him.

'..Don't kill me.' Dennis points a Spectre at Arthur (Daniel Baldwin), the drunk drug-dealer he pulled over, after he knocks away a gun Arthur pulls on him.

Miss Purdah (Valri Bromfield), points a Spectre at Fausto (Taylor Negron) and Renalda (Bertila Damas) after their outburst at dinner.

CAR-15

The main weapon carried (but never fired) by Miss Purdah is what appears to be an actual CAR-15 rifle.

Commercial CAR-15 semiautomatic Rifle - 5.56x45mm. This is strictly a semiautomatic civilian copy of the XM177 style of rifles.

Unknown Snub-Nosed Revolver

The drunk crook Arthur (Daniel Baldwin) pulls a Snub-Nosed Revolver of unknown Make and Model on Dennis, though it gets quickly knocked out of his hand. It is seen again a bit later in the courtroom on the desk of Judge Alvin Valkenheiser (Dan Aykroyd).

'Say good-night, copper.' Arthur (or Artie) pulls the snub-nose revolver on Dennis.

Beretta 92SB

As Judge Alvin Valkenheiser examines the confiscated items, including the revolver shown above, what appears to be a Beretta 92SB semi-auto pistol can be seen to the upper right.

What appears to be a Beretta 92SB (Note rounded trigger-guard) can be seen amongst the confiscated items on Alvin's desk.

Walther PPK

Alvin's personal weapon appears to be a stainless Walther PPK pistol. The pistol in this film appears to have some kind of engraving on the slide.

Chris removes the PPK from it's holster as he searches Alvin's room.

Alvin frantically waves and shoots his PPK as Chris and Diane (Demi Moore) as they escape. It was rather difficult to get a not-very blurry shot here, as Alvin waves the gun very quickly and erratically, even as he fires.

Ruger Mini-14

Miss Purdah carries and fires a Ruger Mini-14 rifle with scope and stainless barrel/reciever at Chris and Diane as they escape the Valkenhesier Salvage towards a train.

Stainless Steel Ruger AC556 Carbine with Full Stock - 5.56x45mm. The AC-556 is the militarized selective-fire version of the standard Mini-14.

Miss Purdah fires the Mini-14 at Chris and Diane as they climb a hill to get on a train and escape. Now I'm no expert, but I doubt she will hit much of anything her eyes closed.

Mossberg 500AT

When Chris and Diane have the State Police raid the Valkenheiser Salvage near the end of the film, some of the troopers carry what appear best to be standard Mossberg 500AT shotguns (wooden furniture), which I figure mainly because of the dual-action bars.

M16A1

Guardsmen accompany the State Troopers on the raid, and they are armed with M16A1 rifles with 20-round magazines.

Unknown Revolver

An unknown full-sized revolved is wielded by a State Trooper on the raid.
