The following weapons were seen in the film National Treasure:

National Treasure (2004)

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is carried by some of the FBI agents and are also seen in the holsters of the Philadelphia police. One of Ian's (Sean Bean) men is also seen firing a suppressed Glock at Ben's van before the chase.

A Generation 3 Glock 17 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

Heckler & Koch MP5A

The MP5A's are carried by the SWAT team when they enter Ben's (Nicolas Cage) apartment.

Jericho 941

The Jericho 941 appears many times during the film. It is first seen when Ian's (Sean Bean) henchman pulls a stainless Jericho on Ben Gates (Nicolas Cage) inside the Charlotte. It later appears suppressed during the break in at the National Archives and the chase through Philadelphia. Other Jerichos are seen in Ian's catering van.

Stainless IMI Jericho 941 9x19mm.

FN Five-seven

Ian (Sean Bean) and his men use the FN Five-seven for their weapon of choice, sometimes using them suppressed.

FN Five-SeveN USG (U.S. Government)- 5.7x28mm.

Smith & Wesson 5906

Towards the end of the movie, Ian's (Sean Bean) gun has switched to a Smith & Wesson 5906.

Early Model Smith & Wesson 5906 - 9x19mm. The early model 5906 pistols had the finger step trigger guard, but they changed it to the rounded trigger guard for 'ease of production'.

I'm pretty sure one his Ian's men used a suppressed Beretta Inox, might have been a 92FS. Technically not a gun but they also used a taser on one of the guards.
