M1911A1
Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) continues to carry the Colt M1911A1 in .45 ACP, which he has been using since the Season 14 episode "A Bowl of Cherries" (S14E20). In the series, this pistol was owned by his late father Jackson Gibbs (Ralph Waite).

SIG-Sauer P228
NCIS agents including Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) in the series continue to carry the SIG-Sauer P228. The pistol also is seen on occasions with US Navy personnel. Gibbs also has one as his personal sidearm in "Out of the Darkness" (S17E01).

SIG-Sauer P225 / P225-A1
Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham) now appears to carry the SIG-Sauer P225, rather than the SIG-Sauer P239. The P225 is sometimes replaced with the newer P225-A1. Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) also uses the P225 and the P225-A1 in "The North Pole" (S17E10).

His weapon appears to be fitted with the LEM (Law-Enforcement Modification) trigger system, as noted by the absence of a hammer and decocker. Another P2000SK LEM was seen in Ziva David's (Cote de Pablo) cabinet in "Into the Light" (S17E02).
