The Mysteries of Laura (2014–2016)

The following weapons were used in the series The Mysteries of Laura:

Pistols

Glock 17

Most of the primary characters use Glock pistols. In many shots they are fakes, replicas, or rubber stunt pistols. In firing sequences, it is assumed they are Glock 17s, which is one of the issued handguns of the NYPD.

3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm.

Detective Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) fires her Glock 17 in S1E20. In this case, it is not a replica, since she actually fires it.

Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) aims his Glock 17, which has a top seam indicating it's a plastic replica in S1E01 "Pilot".

Detective Meredith Bose (Janina Gavankar) and Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) aims their Glock 17 in S1E20.

In Episode 05, Detective Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) and Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) aim their obviously rubber Glock 17s at someone entering the crime scene.

Captain Jake Broderick (Josh Lucas) holds his obviously rubber Glock 17 at a perp trying to flee in Episode 12.

In Episode 21, Detective Frankie Pulaski (Meg Steedle) and Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) and most of the NYPD in the show carry Glock 17s in most of the episodes.

Glock 19

The show was a bit notorious for swapping guns mid scene. Many characters would enter a room with one pistol and in the next shot have a different one (continuity break). However, some of the characters did manage to carry the same firearm throughout the entire episode (or multiple episodes). Some of the characters did carry the Glock 19, though many times they swapped it mid-episode with Glock 17s.

Glock 19 (3rd Generation) - 9x19mm

Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) aims his Glock 19, in S1E18. He usually carries a full sized Glock 17 in other episodes.

NCIS Special Agent Barrington (Meta Golding) aims her Glock 19 in an alleyway in S1E18.

Detective Frankie Pulaski (Meg Steedle) brandishes her Glock 19 on the street in S1E15.

Detective Meredith Bose (Janina Gavankar) discovers a hidden Glock 19 under a paving stone in S1E21.

Glock 26

Glock 26 - 9x19mm

Captain Jake Broderick (Josh Lucas) hands Laura her Glock 26 which is the backup piece she carries in her clutch purse in Episode 06.

Detective Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) has to think where she will keep her Glock 26 since it doesn't fit in her clutch purse in Episode 06.

Detective Frankie Pulaski (Meg Steedle) whips out her Glock 26 when she's undercover as a diamond store sales rep in Episode 20.

In the title sequence of the show, a Glock 26 is showcased on a table top.

Beretta 92FS

Various characters carry the Beretta 92FS pistol.

In S1E04, a killer attaches a suppressor to a Beretta 92FS.

The suppressed Beretta 92FS in S1E04. Note that the threaded part is on the suppressor and screwing into the barrel of the Beretta. Most real-life suppressed pistols have the male threading on the outside of the muzzle. This threads into the interior of the barrel, mostly because it's a blank adapted pistol that's been tapped and drilled for the blank adapter. This mounting system is only seen on movie blank adapted firearms because it actually would inhibit the round from exiting the barrel, if it weren't a blank.

Detective Billy Soto (Laz Alonso) aims his Beretta 92FS in S1E04.

M1911A1

Various characters carry the M1911A1 pistol.

A variant of the classic M1911A1 - the Remington R1 M1911A1 - .45 ACP

During a raid on a warehouse, a state trooper carries an M1911A1 variant as his sidearm.

Smith & Wesson Model 10

A security guard at a storage facility, Officer Hampton (Rory Clanton), carries a Smith & Wesson Model 10 as his service revolver, though there are hints that it may be an MGC Replica Model 10.

In "Pilot", Captain Dan Hauser (Enrico Colantoni) brandishes his Smith & Wesson Model 36 snub nose revolver.
