Mob City is a 2013 crime series created by Frank Darabont and focuses on the conflict between the mob and the LAPD that started in the late 1940s. The series was based on the novel L.A. Noir: The Struggle for the Soul of America's Most Seductive City by John Buntin and premiered in the US on the TNT network on December 4, 2013.

Colt Police Positive (Snub)
What appears to be snub nose Colt Police Positive revolvers are used by mobsters and LAPD officers in the series.
Smith & Wesson M&P revolver
Smith & Wesson Model M&P revolvers appear to be carried by LAPD officers during a shootout in 1927.
Shotguns
Sawed-off Shotgun
A Sawed-off shotgun was used by Sid Rothman (Robert Knepper) to assassinate a ratting mobster in "A Guy Walks Into a Bar" (S1E01).
