Midnight Heat (alternative title Blackout) is a 1996 made for TV action thriller directed by Allan A. Goldstein and starring Brian Bosworth as a banker John Gray who suffers of amnesia after a car accident. He has strange flashbacks that reveal him as a person with criminal past.

Revolvers

Taurus Model 689

During the attack on prison bus Payne (Brad Dourif) draws a Taurus Model 689 revolver and hands it to one prisoner, then to another one. At last the revolver is hold by Scar (Jeremy Roberts).

A prisoner aims the revolver at his inmate while he himself is hold at gunpoint by Payne's man with a Desert Eagle.
Another prisoner tries to fire the revolver, eyes closed.
Payne finishes the work.
The revolver is now hold by Scar.
The same revolver is seen in a flashback scene.

Smith & Wesson Model 65

In one scene Payne's henchman carries a Smith & Wesson Model 65 revolver.

Pistols

Beretta 92FS Inox

Wayne Garret (Brian Bosworth) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox throughout the movie. Payne (Brad Dourif) carries Beretta 92FS Inox in several scenes. Beretta pistols are also seen in flashback scenes in hands of bank robbers, including Garret, Payne and Payne's second-in-command Scar (Jeremy Roberts).

Colt MK IV Series 80

In the scene when Payne purchases a helicopter, a mechanic (James Gordon MacDonald) carries an M1911-style pistol in a pocket, possibly a Colt MK IV Series 80 as it has a flat mainspring housing and a bright logo on a wooden grip.

Glock

In one scene Payne (Brad Dourif) wields a suppressed pistol together with his Beretta 92FS Inox. It's possibly a Glock, most likely a Glock 17.

Submachine Guns

Cobray M11/9

Cobray M11/9 SMGs are used by Payne's henchmen in several scenes.

Cobray M11/9 - 9x19mm. This is the semiautomatic pistol, note how the selector switch is on the opposite side of the receiver and the pins are in different places on the receiver.

Shotguns

Smith & Wesson 3000

Payne's henchman holds a Smith & Wesson 3000 pump action shotgun with pistol grip and removed folding stock during the attack on prison bus. One of the prison guards also carries a shotgun that is taken from him by Scar (Jeremy Roberts). Later Scar and other henchmen use same looking shotguns.

Ruger Mini-14

A stainless steel Ruger Mini-14 with folding stock and sniper scope is used by Payne's henchman during the attack on prison bus.

...and fires. A lengthened flashhider can be seen.

A custom Ruger Mini-14 with aftermarket folding stock, sniper scope and muzzle brake is seen in fragments during the opening credits. This gun isn't used in action.

Ruger Mini-14 in Muzzelite MZ14 Bullpup Stock

In the final scene several of Payne's henchmen carry Muzzelite MZ14 Bullpup version of Ruger Mini-14 rifles. Wayne Garret (Brian Bosworth) disarms a henchman (Jim Cody Williams) and uses the rifle. The rifles (most likely it's a single movie prop) are fitted with barrel shrouds and night vision devices.

Browning M2 Aircraft

Payne's gang owns a Browning M2 Aircraft on M3 tripod. Scar (Jeremy Roberts) mans the machine gun in the final scene.
