The following weapons are used in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the Sony PSP:
Note: Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is an upcoming PSP game set after the events of portable ops. I've only seen the trailer (it looks amazing).
M16A1
It shows Big Boss running down a beach with what appears to be an M16A1. It's set in 1971 so that is the standard weapon of the time. It also shows four Big Bosses aiming their weapons at a new Metal Gear.
PKM
Mounted on top of a tank in Costa Rica.
AK-47
A Costa Rican guard is shown with an AK-47. It probably has most of the same weapons as Portable Ops.
RPG-7
THIS RECENT UPDATE IS FROM THE 9 MINUTE TRAILER. IT CONSENTRAITES ON THE CO-OPERATIVE PLAY BETTWEEN THE 4 SNAKES.

seen on one of 4 snakes . he is able to shoot from behind a shield. on previous games only enimies can do this.

Seen very briefly at the end of the trailer held by a snake.

on the in game gun selection screen the words M16 are shown but the xm177e2is shown.

finally. a good MG. is shown on the in game gun screen as well.

seen on a snake at the end of the trailer.

snake (without any clothes on the upper body apart from 2 bullet belts) is seen fireing on in a screen shot.
