The following guns were used in the film Mad Max
Mauser C96 'Broomhandle'
Used by Bubba Zanetti(Geoff Parry) to shoot a sex doll when the other bikers are messing around at the beach.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
The MFP carry Smith & Wesson Model 29 as their standard issue. Although they are rarely drawn and seen mostly in their holsters. Bubba is seen firing a Smith & Wesson Model 29 at Max near the end of the film.
Double Barrel Shotguns
Maybe a Savage/Stevens 311A Shotgun - 12 Gauge. First seen by an eager MFP patrol man when he tries to shoot the Night Rider in the films opening.
