He decides to interview the retired and seemingly innocent Colonel Jose Dela Cruz (Eddie Garcia), not knowing that the colonel's Alzheimer's disease makes him believe that he is still torturing suspected Communist rebels as he lives a normal life in his neighborhood. The film follows Carlo and his friends' capture and torture by the colonel in his house's basement.
