Pistols

TTI Pit Viper

John Wick (Keanu Reeves) receives a Taran Tactical Innovations Pit Viper from the Bowery King, who describes it as a "9mm Pit Viper, 21-round capacity magazine with a built-in compensator for virtually no muzzle flip. Fiber-optic front sight, ambidextrous safeties, flared magwell for faster reloads, 2-pound extreme trigger."

Glock 17

Members of the Myrmidons, Marquis' highly trained enforcers, armed with Glock 17 during the search of Wick in the Osaka Continental Hotel and the following skirmish. Koji Shimazu (Hiroyuki Sanada) seems to be the only Continental member using the gun in this battle. The heavily armored High Table enforcers also carry pistols in holsters, and some of them use them in the shootout. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) also uses several pistols throughout the film. Glock 17 pistols are used by various assassins. Several of these pistols are also used with threaded-on suppressors. The Tracker aka Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson) keeps one in his concealed backpack/vest and uses it in Paris.

Later, when the High Table infiltrates the Continental Hotel in Osaka, John also uses his pistol, fighting with heavily armored enforcers, but loses it in the process.

The gun remains on Killa's table after the visit to Berlin.

Webley .455 Mk VI

For some reasons, after arriving in Berlin, John Wick (Keanu Reeves) arms himself with old-fashioned pistols, and the Webley .455 Mk VI revolver is one of them. He surrenders all the guns at the entrance to Ruska Roma's church and does not get them back.

Submachine Guns

Rifles

Marlin Model 1894

A Mad Pig Customs modified Marlin Model 1894 with a Midwest Industries M-LOK handguard, Slate Black Industries rail panels, "slate stop" and XS sight top rail is used by Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson). The rifle is a takedown model specifically modified for the movie, and Mr. Nobody carries it disassembled and reassembles it when pulling it out of his DEVCORE Plate Carrier Backpack styled to look like a hiking ruck backpack. Its muzzle device is a SilencerCo ASR 3-port muzzle brake and he attaches a suppressor to the rifle at multiple points in the film.

A total of 13 duplicate rifles were made by Mad Pig Customs especially for the film. The takedown mechanism is a custom project option, and not offered as a factory option by Marlin.

Other

Bows

The guards at the Osaka Continental arm themselves with bows and katanas when Chidi's Myrmidons members come to the hotel. On Koji's orders, they shoot at Marquis' men and a battle begins. Akira Shimazu (Rina Sawayama) and her several allies also use bows on the roof, fighting the heavily armored High Table enforcers.

Koji's men grab weapons as they prepare to fight the the High Table.
The arrows used by the Japanese Continental guards are most likely armor-piercing, which is more effective than regular bullets, since almost all members of the High Table wear heavily armored suits.

The Bowery King's Arsenal

Several weapons are seen in the The Bowery King's hideout at the beginning of the movie.

In the opening scene, while John prepares for war, a Milkor Mark 14 grenade launcher, M249 Paratrooper, what appears to be a M4A1, SA80, and two more guns can be seen in the background.
