Glock 17
Members of the Myrmidons, Marquis' highly trained enforcers, armed with Glock 17 during the search of Wick in the Osaka Continental Hotel and the following skirmish. Koji Shimazu (Hiroyuki Sanada) seems to be the only Continental member using the gun in this battle. The heavily armored High Table enforcers also carry pistols in holsters, and some of them use them in the shootout. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) also uses several pistols throughout the film. Glock 17 pistols are used by various assassins. Several of these pistols are also used with threaded-on suppressors. The Tracker aka Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson) keeps one in his concealed backpack/vest and uses it in Paris.

Throughout the movie, John Wick (Keanu Reeves) also uses several Glock pistols acquired from his fallen foes. At least one of the Bowery King's henchmen is armed with the gun at the entrance to their Paris subway hideout. The Glock 17 is also appears as common pistol for various assassins in Paris, and several of these pistols are fitted with suppressors.

In pursuit of a new Elder (George Georgiou) in Morocco, John shoots his henchmen riding a horse. Later, when the High Table infiltrates the Continental Hotel in Osaka, John also uses his pistol, fighting with heavily armored enforcers, but loses it in the process.

Caine (Donnie Yen) uses a custom SIG-Sauer P365 SAS with a Strike Industries Mass Driver compensator and a Recover Tactical ZR65 rail adapter as his main sidearm throughout the film. In a thematic/storytelling sense, a pistol that at a glace appears to have no sights at all is an excellent choice for a blind character (the P365 SAS has a single-dot fiber optic sight which sits flush at the rear of the slide).

The resolution of John Wick's (Keanu Reeves) war with the High Table is a duel with the Marquis (Bill Skarsgård), represented by Caine (Donnie Yen), at dawn at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, with a pair of "dueling pistols", which are engraved Thompson Center Arms Encore single-shot pistols. The Marquis and John's Second, Winston Scott (Ian McShane), take the pistols out of the box and hand them to John and Caine for them to use. Later in the duel, The Marquis also grabs the gun from Caine and uses it himself. The rounds they are used with are custom silver-cast .44 Magnum cartridges.

Pistols

TTI Pit Viper

The Bowery King offers John Wick (Keanu Reeves) a Taran Tactical Innovations Pit Viper at Paris in the third act of the film, which John uses as his main weapon for the rest of the film.

John Wick (Keanu Reeves) brass-checks his new TTI pistol.
"Nine-millimeter Pit Viper. Twenty-one round capacity magazine with a built-in compensator for virtually no muzzle flip. Fiber-optic front sight, ambidextrous safeties, flared magwell for faster reloads, two-pound extreme trigger."
John checks the sights on the Pit Viper as the Bowery King describes the gun.
Wick shoots from inside a car.
The Pit Viper is dropped on a Parisian street. Note the TTI logo at the bottom of the magazine.
John checks the remaining time while holding the Pit Viper, providing a close-up shot on the pistol.
He readies his gun for battle at the Rue Foyatier, a long stairway leading up to his destination, the Sacré-Cœur Basilica.
During the battle at Rue Foyatier, the Pit Viper completely runs out of ammunition. Still stuck in melee, John proceeds to remove the slide...
...and uses the pointed end of the pistol frame as a stabbing weapon.

Glock 17

Members of the Myrmidons, the Marquis' highly trained enforcers, are armed with the Glock 17 during their attack on the Osaka Continental. The manager of the Osaka Continental, Koji Shimazu (Hiroyuki Sanada), also seems to be armed with the Glock 17 during the battle, apparently the only Continental staff to do so. The heavily armored High Table enforcers also carry pistols in holsters, and some of them use them in the shootout.

Agency Arms Glock 17

Chidi (Marko Zaror), the leader of the Myrmidons and the second-in-command of the Marquis, uses an Agency Arms Glock 17 with a compensator and Trijicon RMR sight as his main gun throughout the film. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) also uses a similar Agency Arms Glock 17, but with a different slide, during the shootout at the Osaka Continental's garden; how he acquired the gun is not shown, as John was disarmed in the previous scene where he appeared.

Glock 19 (Custom)

During the Paris apartment shootout, The Tracker a.k.a. Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson) uses a custom Glock 19 holstered in his Devcore PCB (Plate Carrier Backpack). According to Statement Defense, the pistol featured a serrated two-tone matte black Statement Defense Overbite slide and a black 80 Percent Arms GST-9 frame, with custom stippling done by Battlecock Tactical.

Glock 34 (TTI Combat Master Package)

At the start of the film John Wick (Keanu Reeves) wields a 5th Generation Glock 34 MOS customized with the TTI Combat Master Package, using it to pursue the new Elder (George Georgiou) in Morocco. Later, when the High Table attacks the Osaka Continental, John also uses this pistol during the first phases of the battle, but loses it in the process.

SIG-Sauer P365 SAS

Caine (Donnie Yen) uses a custom SIG-Sauer P365 SAS with a Strike Industries Mass Driver compensator and a Recover Tactical ZR65 rail adapter as his main sidearm throughout the film. In a thematic/storytelling sense, a pistol that at a glace appears to have no sights at all is an excellent choice for a blind character (the P365 SAS has a single-dot fiber optic sight which sits flush at the rear of the slide).

Thompson Center Arms Encore

He also uses a screw-on silencer in some scenes.

A total of 13 duplicate rifles were made by Mad Pig Customs especially for the film. The takedown mechanism is a custom project option, and not offered as a factory option by Marlin.

Spike's Tactical Compressor

The armored High Table enforcers are armed with suppressed Spike's Tactical Compressor carbines fitted with red dot sights and flashlights during the battle at the Osaka Continental. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) and Caine (Donnie Yen) would also pick up these rifles from dead enforcers and use them during the battle.
