The standard size is 400 troy ounces, or 27.4 pounds a bar. Our robbers move tons of gold via motorized underwater sleds. This many bars would weigh more than a large truck.
A hand was left in the shot for scale, but they seem a little larger than the LGBD. Of course they are plated prop bars, but in reality, if the bars were 15% larger than an LGBD, then each bar is over 30 pounds each. To put it in perspective, each small bar weighs more than a full sized M60 Machine gun.
