The following guns are used in the movie Innerspace

Beretta 92SB-C

Victor Scrimshaw's blond henchman (Jason Laskay) has a Beretta 92SB-C in a shoulder holster. Lydia Maxwell (Meg Ryan) steals it from him after knocking him out. Apparently, the henchman fired it several times prior as the weapon runs empty after being fired only twice (once in the air to get the villains' attention, and a second time accidentally while gesturing with the weapon).

Lydia, on the phone with her reporter friend, checks the Beretta 92SB-C after taking it from the henchman.
Lydia points the henchman's Beretta 92SB-C at the villains.

Lydia and Jack encounter another henchman on the stairs, who she holds the Beretta 92SB-C on. He bets it isn't loaded, to which Lydia replies, "Oh yeah?" and fires it at the ceiling.
The Beretta 92SB-C clicks emptily, to her and Jack's mutual distress.

Unknown machine pistol

Several of the men who raid Vectorscope Labs are armed with small machine pistols. They never fire them - they instead spray the scientists with knockout gas, making the presence of the guns somewhat pointless.

The robber at the bottom of the picture has a machine pistol.

Prosthetic hand

Assassin Mr. Igoe (Vernon Wells) is missing his right hand, and so has it replaced with a high-tech prosthesis system that lets him swap out his ordinary cosmetic hand for a variety of different weapons (a blowtorch, a drill, etc.). One of these is a silenced gun disguised as a gloved cosmetic hand with a pointing index finger. The pointing finger is the gun barrel. This is a entirely fictional weapon and the "gunshot" it produces merely a muted squib.

Igoe raises his arm and takes aim at scientist Ozzie Wexler.
Igoe fires, fatally wounding Ozzie.
Igoe shows off to a frightened little boy who witnessed the shooting, blowing the smoke of the tip of the finger/gun barrel.

Taser gun

Lydia at one point pulls a taser gun on Igoe when he attempts to kidnap Jack Putter (Martin Short). She claims it shoots up to "20,000 volts." She fires it, but it doesn't work as planned. Later, Scrimshaw's blond henchman accidentally knocks himself out when he touches the taser while rifling through Lydia's purse.

Lydia points the taser at the kidnapper.
Lydia points the taser at the kidnapper.
Lydia fires, but Igoe uses Jack as a human shield and Jack is electrocuted instead.

Toy M16

The little boy who witnesses Igoe shooting Ozzie Wexler at the mall is shown to be dressed up like Rambo for some reason, and holding a toy version of an M16.

The boy stares in terror at Igoe's "gun hand" whilst clutching his plastic M16.

Gun-shaped cigarette lighter

Jack Putter has a recurring nightmare wherein an unpleasant old woman (Kathleen Freeman) at the checkout counter where he works pulls what he describes as a "little, pearl-handled pistol" and shoots him. This winds up happening in real life, but the gun turns out to just be a novelty cigarette lighter.

The woman pulls the pistol out of her purse.
The gun turns out to be a lighter, and she lights her cigarette with it.
