Inspired by the fictional Dr. Josef Heiter (Dieter Laser), disturbed loner Martin Lomax (Laurence R. Harvey) dreams of creating a 12-person "human centipede" and sets out to realize his sick fantasy and get revenge on those who he feels have wrong him.
