Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle

In "Marine One" (S1E12), a Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle is seen used by Corporal Thomas Patrick "Tom" Walker (Chris Chalk).

Blaser R93 LRS2 Precision Sniper Rifle - .338 Lapua Magnum. The rifle is usually outfitted with either a Parker Hale or Harris Bipod.

Heckler & Koch SR9

In "Representative Brody" (S1E10), a CIA sniper is seen on a rooftop watching over the fountain with what appears to be a Heckler & Koch SR9 with an illuminated scope which contains red chevrons or BDC (bullet drop compensation) marks in its reticle.

H&K SR9(TC) rifle with tropical forearm and bipod - 7.62x51mm. The TC version has the PSG buttstock as well as the trigger pack.

In "Representative Brody" (S1E10), a CIA sniper is seen on a rooftop watching over the fountain with what appears to be a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 A1.
