Hellsing
The following guns were used in the anime series Hellsing and from it's OVA "Hellsing Ultimate"
Hellsing like many anime started as a manga or graphic novel. The story revolves on an English organization called Hellsing, most likely based on the original Van Helsing. It's mission is obvious, to hunt down vampires mainly, though on the side they do tackle demonic agents of vampires like ghouls, zombie like creatures that are essential like vampires but their wills are controlled by a head vampire.
The Anime was a bit different and somewhat tame compared to the events in the manga, as such, an "OVA", a direct to video series, was created, not complete yet, that shows the more main story of the series rather than filler.
Alucard is the main character of the series, which the series hints that he is Dracula, but now under the service of the head of the Hellsing family. He is not a vampire turned good. He's a true monster that is unleashed on other vampires.
The OVA was created several years after the original anime and with different artists and a bigger budget, resulting in a very different result compared to the TV anime.
Handguns
The Hellsing Arms .454 Casull
Alucard's first gun, which is a longslide .454 Cassull Autoloader. The Joshua is the first custom handgun made by Hellsing, specifically designed by Walter. It's essentially a very big gun handgun, with a length of 39cm. It's chambered for the mighty .454 Casull round, which finds use primarily in hunting large game, such as deer and bears. Of course, these bullets are special, being made out of silver obtained from melted holy relics, with an exploding property as well, making for a rather devastating cartridge against the legions of the night.
The Casull is believed to be based upon the Colt 1911 or its variants like the longslide, however I have noticed that it bears a greater resemblance to early model Colt Pistols.
In some episodes of close ups, you'll notice the hammer is never fully cocked, and is moving back as he pulls the trigger, meaning a double action mechanism, the pivot trigger is another indication of this, similar to the early colts.
The lengthy barrel and slide gives this gun incredible accuracy and the weight at the front of the gun makes the massive round significantly more controllable. Something this extreme suits Alucard perfectly.
Jackal
Alucard's second handgun made especially for him. Jackal was made after Alucard's first encounter with Anderson - in fact, it likely was specifically designed with him in mind, considering the 'Jesus Christ is in Heaven, Now!' engraved on the side. Though the gun looks essentially the same as the Casull, with the same overall length of 39cm, it's radically different, being made from pure silver, weighing 16kg. Obviously, no human could possibly use this gun without being blown away by it. The breech also faces the left, instead of the right, so it's more of a sister gun to the .454, though it's magazines can hold about the same amount of bullets that the Casull is capable of. The bullets are different as well, being a bigger 13mm, with a gold casing, a reinforced core for armor penetration, a mercury explosive and each bullet being baptized.
This gun is of fantastic proportions. No 13mm round was ever produced. A .50 alone would equal 12.7mm, meaning each bullet must be manufactured by Hellsing alone.
It's curious as to how this weapon can weigh 16kg when a full size 7.62X51mm machine gun only weighs 11kg, the weight is probably necessary to control the 13mm rounds, though with a gun this heavy you could probably fire a .50cal BMG round and still have the same desired effect.
Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Mod 0
This was Seras's sidearm in the original Anime but was switched to a P226 in the OVA which would make a lot more sense for a British police officer.
SIG-Sauer P226
Integra uses it as her sidearm as choice and she states it is loaded with silver Heavy Explosive rounds as seen in the OVA.
M1911
Seen in the hands of Integra's uncle in a flashback.
Browning Hi-power
A Browning Hi-Power was seen as the sidearm of a British traitor in the OVA.
Walther PPK
Used by Integra in shooting range in original. Also used with a fictive incendiary round against Jan in meeting room.
Mauser C96
Two used by "The Captain". The normal pistol barrels have been replaced with meter-long carbine barrels.
Beretta 92FS
Seen in the hands of a round table council member in the OVA and in the hands of a Hellsing turncoat in the anime.
Webley Mk VI
Used by round table council president Sir Hugh Irons in the OVA.
Beretta M93R
Used in shooting range by Integra in the anime.
Submachine guns
Yan Valentine's gun - Customized FN P90s
The P90's appearance is unconventional, with an odd downward ejection port, but it's one of the more prized military SMGs, having formidable penetration power with the FN 5.7mm bullet, an rate of fire of 900 RPM, and even boasts a horizontal magazine that lies on top of the gun, which carries 50 bullets. Jan's version is considerably customized, first having part of the stock and handle removed, with a more conventional pistol grip placed instead, which allows for duel wielding, the original p90 was more geared toward two handed firing from the shoulder. A silencer has been added, along with an underbarrel laser dot sight. Of course, his eye sigil also adorns the side of the weapon. In the series, one had a long scope attached to it and the other a red dot sight.

Carried by Hellsing members and police forces.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Carried by Yan Valentine's ghouls. Equipped with ACOG scopes,suppressiors,and retractable stocks. This design was also seen in the hands of some police.

The Beretta PM12S was seen in OVA. Probably a Taurus PM-12, a licensed copy of the Beretta PM12S made in Brazil since these are used by Brazilian police SWAT team
Skorpion SA Vz 61
Carried by the vampire teens in the anime. In the OVA, it was switched to a Micro Uzi.
Micro Uzi
A Micro Uzi was see seen in the hands of a vampire teen in the OVA.
Uzis
A Police Officer can be seen wielding an Uzi during the first episode of the OVA.

MP40s were seen in the hands of Nazi Vampires

Assault Rifles&Rifles
Seras's Rifle, unnamed
This unknown rifle was used by Seras before she got her cannon. She also used it with a drum magazine later on in the Anime and OVA. In the original anime, the rifle had a more black polymer finish and stock, but in the OVA, it was switched to wood. Also in the original anime, this rifle was fully automatic, but in the OVA, Seras's only fires it in semi.
Though I have never seen this series this weapon appears to be based on the WW I Mauser 1918 Anti-Tank Rifle. The exceptions are, of course, the fact that the original weapon was bolt action and single shot only and was 13.2mm calibre. This one appears to be semi-auto, drum fed and 13.7mm calibre. Charon68

Used by Seras in the anime as well as other Hellsing members. Seras was told to not equip hers with a scope because as a vampire, she can see farther than any human could.

Heavy weapons
Hallconnon cannon
Seras Victoria gets this big cannon later in the series. This is the weapon that Walter gives Seras in episode 5, "Brotherhood" and the OVA shows the same scene as well, in the 2nd episode. Depsite the spelling of the name, Hallconnon, it is because the name is derived from the Japanese pronunciation of the primary antagonists of the novel Dune, House Harkonnen. The cannon is almost hilariously oversized, but Seras soon handles it like a normal rifle because of her strength as a vampire. Walter says that it uses depleted uranium shells, and high explosive rounds.
According to the anime, it's combat effective against all ground and aerial weapons except main battle tanks
It is effectively an artillery piece scaled down to so a person can hold it like a rifle, which Seras does from time to time. To reload, the ammo is breach loaded.
Incognito's Armscor 40mm MGL
This is a fictional multi-shot grenade launcher based off the South African Milkor MGL.
In the Anime, the weapon does not fire normal explosive grenades (though a wide range of ammo can be used, Incognito loads this with special shell contain multiple dart like objects (which must have some magical property beacause Alucard describes it as "magic from the dark continent").
M202 Flash
Used by Luke Valentine in the anime series.
Arwen 37
Seras uses this grenade launcher one a few times.
Heckler & Koch Grenade Machine Gun
The H&K GMG is used by the Wild Geese to defend Hellsing manor against Millennium forces with devastating effect.
Panzerfaust
Used by nazi vampires.

Hallconnon II
A weapons system consisting of a pair 30mm semi-automatic cannons coupled with an incredibly large ammunition supply. She uses these weapons to barrage Zorin's blimp with an overwhelming display of firepower.
Vladamir
Described as a "Wide area saturation, high explosive incendiary grenade launcher", the Vladamir is a set of muzzle-fired grenades that are part of the Hallconnon II weapon system. Seras uses these to deliver the final blow to Zorin's blimp.

Luke Valentine's gun - Cut down M1 Garand
Luke's gun is an M1 Garand with cut down barrel and stock to give it a pistol grip, Luke carries two of these hidden in his jacket and uses them to but a pair of bullet in Alucard's head, for all the good that does.
In the OVA, Luke's cut down M1s only had the barrel cut down, but not the stocks.

Unknown Glock type with a suppressor in the OVA. Seras also had a Glock as her sidearm when she joined Hellsing. Some of them look like Glock 17s.

Wall of Guns
Seen in the first episode of the OVA. From what I can see, there's a Sig P220 series, an AK-74, an M16 with the three-pronged compensator [drawn upside down], a 1911, an M16 with the birdcage compensator, a Colt Python, or some other revolver with barrel ribbing, and a Franchi LM57 so far. Near the end of the wall of guns several muzzle loading muskets, one with a bayonet attached, can be seen.
And all these were apparently pointed at Alucard, but still not enough firepower to take down one of the most powerful vampires in existence.
There's also no one holding any of the guns.
