Fury (Yarost) is a Soviet 1979 detective mini series, directed by Sergey Evlakhishvili. It is a screen adaptation of novels by Yuliy Faibyshenko. The story is set in 1920s in a small town. Ugolovny Rozysk (Criminal Police) detectives counter the activities of well organised gangs and counterrevolutionary conspiracies.
The following weapons were used in the film Fury (Yarost):
Revolvers
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are used by Ugolovny Rozysk detectives, notably Viktor Gulyaev (Vasiliy Bochkaryov), Aleksandr Kleshkov (Nikolay Denisov), Mikhail Gontar (Aleksandr Galevskiy) and Ivan Filin (Vitali Ovanesov), and also by criminals and counterrevolutionary conspirators.
Note: see additional images of talk page.
Pistols
Mauser C96
The head of Department of capital crimes Stepan Spiridonovich Klych (Igor Okhlupin), Detectives Viktor Gulyaev (Vasiliy Bochkaryov) and Seleznyov (Aleksandr Martynov) and some criminals and conspirators use Mauser C96 pistols.
Toy pistol
Conspirator, former Lt. Col. Aleksey Igorevich Obolyaninov (Leonid Filatov) holds a pistol in one scene. Later his pistol is seen in hands of Detective Viktor Gulyaev (Vasiliy Bochkaryov). This pistol appears to be not a real weapon but rather a toy gun.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Militsia personnel and criminals use Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles, standing for original M91s.
Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine
A bandit of Kikot's gang carries an out of time Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine.
Mosin Nagant Carbine
Another bandit of Kikot's gang carries a Mosin Nagant carbine that resembles M1907 but has a distinctive hooded front sight of M38 Carbine. Possibly this is some custom version, based on M38.
Mosin Nagant "Obrez"
Bandit Goreglyad (Aleksandr Pavlov) carries a Mosin Nagant sawed-off "obrez".
