The Fan is a 1996 thriller directed by Tony Scott and stars Wesley Snipes as Bobby Rayburn, a Major League Baseball player who finds himself the target of Gil "Curly" Renard (Robert De Niro), an obsessed fan who is determined to gain Bobby's acceptance at all costs.
