A two tone Sig Sauer P226 is carried throughout the movie by FBI Agent Sean Archer.

Castor Troy uses the Stechkin APS during the final firefight, when Sean Archer is holding his daughter hostage.

The prison guards on the oil drill platform are armed with Ruger Mini-14s.
Uzi
During the final firefight Sean Archer picks up a Uzi as he flees from Castor Troy who is firing at him.

During the final firefight stand off Castor Troy's girlfriend, Sasha Hassler (Gina Gershon) is armed with a Smith & Wesson 5906.
Walther PPK
On the plane the undercover FBI Agent pulls a Walter PPK on Castor Troy.
