Emerald City is a 2017 fantasy TV series, based on the Oz book series by L. Frank Baum. A modern retelling of The Wizard of Oz, the series follows a young woman named Dorothy Gale, who is whisked away to the fantastic land of Oz by a tornado. Joined by various companions, Dorothy embarks for the Emerald City to find the enigmatic Wizard of Oz and return home.

The show premiered on NBC on January 6, 2017 and concluded on March 3, 2017. NBC would later cancel the show after one season.

SIG-Sauer P220R

A SIG-Sauer P220R is a major plot device, appearing in the hands of numerous character throughout the TV series. It is one of the items bought into Oz along with Dorothy, and she uses it to her advantage against the residents of Oz, who mostly lack knowledge of firearms.

Unknown Pocket Pistol

Jack (Gerran Howell) fires a unknown, most likely fictional, pocket pistol in "The Villain That's Become" (E09). Its general appearance is similar to Remington Vest Pocket while the design of the button trigger is based on so-called "palm pistols" or "squeeze pistols".

Fantasy Rifle

A fantasy rifle resembling a customized Jezail Musket is the standard long firearm of the armed forces of the Kingdom of Ev. The Wizard's soldiers manage to capture several of these guns and use them during the final battle.
