Dementium II is the second entry in the Dementium series after Dementium: The Ward The player resumes playing as William Redmoor after waking up in the Bright Dawn Treatment Center and must survive as the monsters from his dream in the first game escape into the real world.

The game received a remaster on PC in 2013 as Dementium II HD and this version was heavily criticised for how weak the upgraded graphics were at times, a ton of bugs on release and missing the DS version's survival mode. (Which was technically added in the last patch which never left being an optional Steam Beta patch.)

The following weapons appear in the video game Dementium II:

Revolver

What appear to be two different revolvers depending on the version appear as William's first firearm, found on a dead Bright Dawn guard after the first boss.

Double Barreled Shotgun

A DB Shotgun appears in both versions as the game's shotgun. On DS, the Shotgun and Assault Rifle lack flashlights, forcing William to switch to a one-handed weapon to see in dark areas outside of muzzle flash while the HD versions now have flashlights attached.

SIG SG 552

The SIG SG 552 with a foregrip appears as the "Assault Rifle" in the DS version. It is the only firearm used against the player as a small number of the Bright Dawn security guards manage to equip themselves with the SG 552 (or AKS-7U on PC) instead of their stun batons.
