The Degtyarev self-loading rifle model 1938. In 1938, V.A. Degtyarev is developing a sample of a 7.62 mm self-loading sniper rifle, based on the design of the breech (carried out with two larvae (stops) symmetrically located in the side walls of the receiver) from the 1932 rifle sample.
