Cyborg (1989)

Cyborg is a 1989 science fiction post apocalyptic film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as a mercenary who while traveling the wasteland of what was the Eastern United States finds himself protecting a woman who could hold the key to restoring humanity. The film was directed by Albert Pyun and two more non-JCVD-starring sequels including 1993's Cyborg 2, which featured a young Angelina Jolie.

Rotary Rifle

Gibson Rickenbacker (Jean-Claude Van Damme) carries a custom weapon with a 4 long barrels in a rotary configuration. This particular prop appears to have been constructed from a Tipman SMG-60 Paintball Gun.

FN FAL

A Colt AR-15 with a Fake M203 grenade launcher appears to be the weapon carried by the bodyguard Marshall Strat (Alex Daniels) in a flashback. This appears to be a prop weapon with the carry handle removed and the flash hider missing.

World IMFDB Exclusive: Screen used Faux M203 Launcher with M16A1 with Quadrant and Front ladder sight - 5.56x45mm. This is verified screen used from the film Scarface (1983).
