Cooey Model 600
Cooey Model 60 is a utilitarian .22 bolt-actions fed from a tubular magazine that was made by H. W. Cooey Machine & Arms Company. The Cooey Model 600 is an updated version made by Winchester Repeating Arms after its purchase of Cooey which can be identified by the addition of a safety notch in the receiver that can be used to hold and disable the striker. They are unusual for being able to accept .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle and to accomplish this the magazine tube (not just its internal parts) moves during bolt operation. Since these were produced in Canada for domestic sale rather than export, scenes where Cooey firearms (other than the Model 64, which was made as the Lakefield Model 64 by the Lakefield Arms Company following Cooey's closure, and subsequently imported to the US by Savage as the Savage Model 64) appear were likely filmed in Canada.
