Condemned 2: Bloodshot (or just Condemned 2 in Australia/Europe/Asia) is the sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins. It is a psychological survival/horror video game that now emphasizes on the use of street fighting as well as past elements of Criminal Investigation. The game was developed by Monolith Productions (F.E.A.R. series) and published by Sega. Condemned 2 was released on March 11, 2008, in North America on the Xbox 360, on March 27, 2008, in Australia and later on April 4, 2008, on PlayStation 3, and April 4, 2008, in Europe for both platforms.

The following weapons appear in the video game Condemned 2: Bloodshot:

Overview

Unlike the first game, firearms can be reloaded by scavenging supplies from weapon lockers and dropped guns. However, when a firearm becomes empty, it can no longer be used, even as a melee weapon. At first the player can only carry 1 weapon until they unlock the holster, which allows them to carry a pistol secondary with another weapon in-hand. Carrying two pistols allows the player switch the weapon each is held in. In the early part of the game, aiming firearms is handled rather uniquely; due to the player character's alcoholism, drinking causes aim to become more steady, while being sober adversely impacts accuracy.

Condemned 2 also features a bonus gametype known as "FPS Mode" which starts the player with a weapon in each level complete with unlimited ammo. Unfortunately weapons cannot be reloaded mid-magazine, only when in the presence of a matching firearm or emptying a weapon completely solves this. Another bonus mode, "Fight Club" allows the player to select firearms as available in-level weapons.

Pistols

SIG P226

Called the .9mm Pistol in-game, it replaces the .45 Pistol from the first game. Holds a correct 15 round magazine in Singleplayer and is the standard sidearm of SCU (Serial Crime Unit) and Dorland and Rosa's signature weapon. Most common pistol in the game. Has a laser aiming module under the barrel.

Unknown .38 Revolver

Called .38 Revolver in-game it seems to have the grip of the Smith & Wesson Model 36 while the barrel looks similar to a number of Short Barreled/Snub Nosed variants of the Smith & Wesson Model 28. It fires .38 Special ammunition with a 6 round cylinder.

Smith & Wesson Model 29

Called the .44 Revolver or the Scoped Revolver in-game, modelled after the Smith & Wesson Model 29. Features a scope which allows distant shots, recoil seems relatively mild if non-existent in scope view and it seems to kill anything in about two body shots or 1 headshot. It can only be reloaded in one level in Singleplayer.

Ruger Mark II "Suppressed"

Called the Silenced .22 it is a very weak weapon often taking several rounds to down an enemy, in-game stats list the weapon being so weak that a common thrown brick is more deadly. Headshots with this weapon still do the same damage as the other guns, often popping heads instantly in a gory shower. Bizarrely holds 15 rounds and the world model on the Silencer appears much larger than the first person view.

Shotguns

Sawn Off Double Barrel

Very rare, an unknown make of Shotgun. Named Double Barrelled Shotgun in-game, holds only 2 shots but is extremely powerful with short range.

Remington Spartan Sawn Off - 12 Gauge

Remington 870 Short Barrelled

Called Shotgun in-game. A short barrelled Remington 870 with a shortened Stock. Resembles a Shortened version of the 870 Police Magnum Variant. Holds 5 shots. The concept art depicts the weapon featuring rifle sights on the barrel of the weapon, not the receiver.

Benelli M3 Super 90

Called the Riot Gun in-game, possibly one of the better firearms available given to you in one the early levels. It is fitted with an optical sight that displays a red chevron as an aiming aid. Holds 8 shots and fires in semi-automatic. Resembles a somewhat shortened M3, similar to some Police Entry Shotguns. Is Pierce La'Rue's signature weapon.

Sub-Machine Guns

Uzi

A full size Uzi Sub-Machine gun, aptly named Subgun in-game. Holds 20's rounds and fires full automatic. The Concept art is horridly incorrect and depicts a Mini Uzi with an attached Suppressor and folding stock. The one in-game features no stock and no suppressor and is a full size variant.

Rifles

Winchester M1892 "Mares Leg"

Called the Lever Rifle in-game. Quite powerful but also relatively rare, holds 5 shots. The lever action does not seem to be worked to cycle the next round, but a very quick "click" plays when the weapon is cycled.

M4A1 Carbine

Called Assault Rifle in-game. Standard issue to SCU, holds 30 rounds. An Aimpoint Sight and shows a solid red dot. Fire rate seems to be alot slower than what it is depicted in real life.

Projectile

Molotov Cocktail

Very Rare, a thrown projectile used during the "Commuter Tracks" level by nearby rioters. Can be acquired by the player and thrown at enemies for a very devastating effect.

Explosive Dolls

Found during the "Walker Doll Factory" level and act as part enemy, part weapon. Can be picked up and used as improvised hand grenades.

Other

Medieval Crossbow

A medieval style crossbow firing large bolts. Extremely powerful but limited to 1 bolt per crossbow. A unique, Oro Crossbow fires Psionic Shock wave bolts that give an extremely high frequency shock-wave on hit that can blow up enemy heads.
