Colt 1851 Navy with a cartridge conversion. This is a reproduction of the gun used by Clint Eastwood in TGTBaTU produced by Cimmaron Arms. The One in the film is exactly the same except for the rattlesnake grips.

It's not an 1851 Navy. It's a Colt Dragoon .44. Notice the step in the barrel above the loading lever hinge. Also the grip is larger on a Dragoon than a Navy.
