Handguns
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is first seen wielded by an US Treasury Agent (Bruce McGill) to subdue FBI Agent Matheson. A second suppressed Beretta 92FS is seen used by the pilot of the Treasury plane. Several henchmen are also seen wielding the Beretta 92FS including Kristel (Caroline Goodall) and Delmar (Craig Fairbrass). Later Travers is seen wielding one instead of his Taurus PT99.
Desert Eagle Mark I
Eric Qualen (John Lithgow) is seen with a Desert Eagle Mark I throughout the film.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Frank (Ralph Waite) uses the Smith & Wesson Model 19 to scare away the wolves that are attacking the base jumper. Later Frank gets his side arm taken from him by being tricked by Kristel, who uses it against him.
Taurus PT99
US Treasury Agent Richard Travers (Rex Linn) fires a Taurus PT99 at his fellow agents, betraying them, and at FBI Agent Matheson.

This small unknown pistol is seen being drawn by FBI Agent Matheson (Vyto Ruginis) as the Treasury Agents are betrayed. Although unusual for a government agent, it appears to have the appearance of a Walther PP.

Heckler & Koch HK94
Chopped and converted Heckler & Koch HK94A2s, standing in for real Heckler & Koch MP5s, are seen wielded by both Delmar (Craig Fairbrass) and Ryan (Gregory Scott Cummins) throughout the film. Delmar's HK94 is configured as an MP5A2 and fitted with a scope on an H&K factory claw mount, as well as a Surefire 628 forearm equipped with a Surefire L72 combination light/laser. This weapon is also handled in the film by Travers (Rex Linn) in his final confrontation with Gabe. Ryan's HK94 is configured as an MP5SD2 and fitted with a mock SD barrel shroud, a scope on H&K mount, and a flashlight.

Mini Uzi
FBI Special Agent Matheson (Vyto Ruginis), who tags along for the ride, realizes what is happening and draws a Mini Uzi to try and stop the robbery. Later Agent Matheson uses the Mini Uzi to cripple the second plane.
Rifles
Steyr-Mannlicher SSG-PI Rifle
Ray (Kevin Donald) is armed with a Steyr-Mannlicher SSG 69 PI Rifle while trying to return fire on FBI Agent Matheson as he rains fire from the Treasury plane.
Shotguns
Smith & Wesson 3000
Delmar (Craig Fairbrass) carries a Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun as his primary firearms in the film. Hal Tucker (Michael Rooker) later stabs Delmar in the leg with a Spyderco knife, enabling him to grab the Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun slung on Delmar's back. Tucker then uses the shotgun from that point on throughout the film.
Other
DefTech 37mm launcher with underslung MAC 10
Heldon (Denis Forest), one of the henchmen, can be seen wielding a DefTech 6-shot rotary launcher with an underslung MAC-10 submachine gun, underneath the barrel. He uses it until he falls to his death. This is the same weapon used in RoboCop 3.
Piton Gun
Gabe Walker (Sylvester Stallone) uses a fictional piton gun that fires climbing pitons into rock faces to anchor his ropes throughout the film (a technique that is completely ridiculous on many levels). While submerged in a frozen pool, he also uses the piton gun to kills Agent Travers (Rex Linn), somehow firing 3 successive shots from the single-shot device. It is worth noting that this rather obvious goof was actually created by the editor - originally Gabe was only supposed to shoot Travers once with the piton gun, before Hal (Michael Rooker) arrived to finish him off with the Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun, but this was later edited to show Gabe scoring the kill by himself.
