Tony Scott (1944 - 2012) was a noted action film director who was the brother of director [[Ridley Scott]]. In addition to directing such films as ''[[Top Gun]]'' and ''[[Crimson Tide]]'', he and his brother formed a production company that was responsible for producing several television series and miniseries including ''[[Numb3rs]]'' and ''[[The Andromeda Strain]]'' as well as the 2010 film adaptation of ''[[The A-Team (2010)|The A-Team]]''.
