In some episodes a thug is seen brandishing an M1911A1 pistol.Another M1911-style pistol is seen in Jodie's first encounter with Vermouth when Jodie shot out Vermouth's holster.
Colt Combat Commander/Colt Officers M1991A1
Used by Jodie in episode 425 with a silencer as she attamepted to thwart the Org's plan to assasinate a politician through Conan's suggestion.It was also seen with a serial killers during Ran's flashbacks in New York during the theater case.
M24 SWS
First seen used in Episode 425 by Korn pairs in an attempt to assasinate a politician,then again when the Org engages in a sniper duel with one of the FBI agents,the agent being capable to put a bullet through the M24's scope much like Carlos Hathcock did in Vietnam,missing the Organization's high-ranking personnel in the eye by mere centimetres when he looked through the scope

By far the most seen and used handgun in Case Closed.Conan is seen describing it in Volume 19 of the book. Used by the bank robbers in Ep. 562-562 'Detective Boys vs. Burglar Gang'.

Accuracy International Arctic Warfare
This sniper rifle is first used by the FBI agent known as Shuichi Akai during episode 425 when he shot a bullet each to destroy the surveillance device and through the M24's scope and firing 2 more shots at Gin's body armor,forcing their retreat.Strangely,he shot it with his left hand without any difficulties despite the bolt in position for right-handed shooters.
