CSI: NY
CSI: NY (2004-???) is yet another spin off from the popular sow CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000-???), now moving the venue to New York City. Out of the three shows, CSI: NY is probably the most inaccurate regarding firearms and firearms forensics. Despite the fact that there are tons of firearms on the show, the script writers know very little about guns in general (and it shows, like declaring that the AR15 is the only(!) firearm that fires the 5.56mm NATO round, ignoring the 50 plus other guns that fire the same cartridge).
The Following guns have appeared in the show:
Glock 19
As with Most officers in the NYPD, the CSI Squad and other Officers carry the standard Issue Glock 17, 19 and 26 as their side arm.
