In "Out of Time" (S08E01), Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) uses Horatio's Beretta Cougar in a recreation of a shooting during a flashback to 1997. (Horratio carried a Beretta Cougar in the early seasons of CSI: Miami.)

Glock 17

CSI Walter Simons (Omar Benson Miller) uses a Glock 17 as his sidearm during Season 8.
In "Hostile Takeover" (S08E02), Mathew Sloan (Sharif Atkins) is seen holding a Glock 17 during his attack on the MDPD crime lab.
In "In Plane Sight" (S08E04), Officer Denson (Link Baker) is seen with a Glock 17 when detaining a man trying to repo a plane.
In "Kill Clause" (S08E09), Evan Wilcox (Ian Anthony Dale) is seen shooting Max DeSalvo with a Glock.
