Glock 26

FBI Special Agent in Charge Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette) carries a Glock 26 as her sidearm.

The Glock 17 is seen in the hands of various FBI agents, including Special Agent Elijah Mundo (James Van Der Beek) and Special Agent Daniel Krumitz (Charley Koontz), which appears to be the standard pistol of the Cyber Crime section
