Herbert "Burt" Kwouk, OBE, was an Anglo-Chinese actor best known for his recurring role as Inspector Clouseau's man-servant Cato in the Pink Panther films, starting with 1964's A Shot in the Dark. He has also appeared in three James Bond films including 1964's Goldfinger.
