Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe (2011)

Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe is the 2011 television prequel film to the series Burn Notice. The film follows Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) on a mission to Colombia during his days as a Navy SEAL and reveals the reason why he retired from the military to live in Miami. The film was directed by Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan.

The following weapons were used in the film Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe:

Handguns

SIG-Sauer P226

A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen as the sidearm of Lt. Commander Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell).

A factory black (K-Kote) SIG-Sauer P226 pistol chambered in 9x19mm. This is a real movie gun and has appeared in several motion pictures.

Sam puts his SIG to the head of CIA officer Bailey (John Ales).
Commandante Veracruz' (Pedro Pascal) sidearm changes briefly to a SIG.

Note the absence of a front sight, and the flipped down rear sight, making it difficult if not impossibe to aim the rifle.

M16A1 (with A2 handguards)

Many of Veracruz's troops are armed with M16A1 rifles that have been fitted with A2 Handguards. Sam is seen holding up one as well.

Bushmaster XM15 "V-Match"

A Bushmaster XM15 "V-Match" appears to be also carried by many of Veracruz's troops.

Norinco Type 56

What appear to be Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by several of Veracruz's soldiers. They are 7.62x39mm AK variants with solid stocks, and though there aren't any good shots of the front sight, they appear to be Norinco rifles because of the commonality of these rifles in comparison to other variants.

Shotguns

12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun

Many of the rebels are also seen using 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns.

Heavy Weapons

M134 Minigun

The M134 Minigun is seen mounted on a Colombian police helicopter that engages Veracruz's troops. It's important to note that the sound effect being used is incredibly inaccurate.
