Born by Revolution (Rozhdyonnaya revolyutsiey) is a Soviet made for TV historical films series, released in 1974-1977, directed by Grigori Kokhan and based on the novel "Povest ob ugolovnom rozyske" ("A Tale of Criminal Investigations Department") by Aleksey Nagorny and Geliy Ryabov. The series depicts the history of Soviet Ugolovny Rozysk (criminal police) from 1917 to 1970s, seen through the eyes of Nikolay Fomich Kondratyev (Evgeniy Zharikov).
The fifth film Six Days (Shest dney) is set in 1932. Nikolay Kondratyev investigates the theft of month salary of workers of Putilovsky plant. He must complete the investigation in six days.
The following weapons were used in the film Born by Revolution: Six Days (Rozhdyonnaya revolyutsiey: Shest dney):
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are carried by Ugolovny Rozysk detectives Vasiliy Voinov (Stanislav Borodokin) and Fedorchuk (Aleksandr Bystrushkin). Nagants are also seen in hands of Permitin (Georgiy Teykh) and Chebotaryov (a cameo of cinematographer Feliks Gilevich).
Short-barreled Nagant M1895
When Voinov (Stanislav Borodokin) pursues "Dlinny", he is armed with a short-barreled version of Nagant M1895. Nikolay Kondratyev (Evgeniy Zharikov) holds a short-barreled Nagant during the arrest of Permitin.
