In "Five-O" (S1E06), Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) carries a nickel SIG-Sauer P225 as his off-duty sidearm. It's then confiscated and handled by both Sergeant Jack Fenske (Billy Malone) and Officer Troy Hoffman (Lane Garrison). Mike continues to carry his nickel P225 in the show's second season. Since it is presumably the same gun, the second season reveals it to be a "P225 P6" West German surplus police gun.

In "Pimento" (S1E09), Sodchak (Steven Ogg) carries what he describes as a "Glock 22 Gen 3" as one of his four handguns. When he threatens Mike (Jonathan Banks) with the weapon, he is quickly disarmed and then pistol-whipped in the throat. The Glock 22 used in this episode actually appears to be a 2nd Generation model (it does not have an accessory rail on the frame). Revolvers

Taurus Raging Judge

Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz) points a Taurus Raging Judge at Jimmy McGill at the end of "Uno" (S1E01). In "Mijo" (S1E02), it is revealed that Tuco picks up a hidden revolver from the top of the closet when Jimmy knocks on his door. During the interrogation of Jimmy and Lars Lindholm (Steven Levine), he also uses the Taurus. The Raging Judge is anachronistic for the 2002 setting as the original Judge was introduced in 2006 and the Raging Judge in 2010.

Mike's former Philadelphia colleagues Sergeant Jack Fensky (Billy Malone) and Officer Troy Hoffman (Lane Garrison) carry their duty-issue Glocks in a flashback in "Five-O" (S1E06), which is indeed a duty sidearm authorized for carry by the Philadelphia Police Department.

Detective Dunst (Dorian Missick) on the left holds the Glock 17. Detective Russo's (Vincent Laresca) s also visible in the holster.
Two officers with pistols are seen in "Hero" (S1E04).
Officer Tommy (Ryan Jason Cook) pulls out his Glock 17 in "Alpine Shepherd Boy" (S1E05). His partner Jacocks also has a Glock holstered.
Sergeant Jack Fensky (Billy Malone) shoots the Glock 17 at Mike in "Five-O" (S1E06).

Glock 19

At least one APD officer uses a Glock 19 during Jimmy's arrest in "Nacho" (S1E03).

Glock 22

In "Pimento" (S1E09), a hired bodyguard named Sobchak (Steven Ogg) carries a Glock 22 as one of his four handguns. When he threatens Mike (Jonathan Banks) with the gun, he is quickly disarmed and then pistol-whipped in the throat. Notably, he describes the gun as a "Glock 22 Gen 3" but actually appears to be a 2nd Generation model (it does not have an accessory rail on the frame).

Glock 22 (2nd Generation) - .40 S&W
"Here. I'll make it easy for ya".
Sobchak (Steven Ogg) mockingly offers Mike his Glock 22, which is actually a 2nd Gen model, not a 3rd Gen - note that the grip has no finger grooves.
And then points the gun at his head.
Sobchak points his Glock 22 at Mike...
...but in less than a second, Mike takes the gun, ejects the magazine, and clears the chamber before jabbing Sobchak in the throat.

Kimber Custom TLE/RL II

Sobchak (Steven Ogg) carries a stainless Kimber Custom TLE/RL II that he incorrectly describes as a "Wilson Combat 1911" as one of his four handguns in "Pimento" (S1E09). After being punched by Mike, the Kimber is taken from him by Mike (Jonathan Banks).

Kimber Custom TLE/RL II (stainless) - .45 ACP
Mike (Jonathan Banks) takes Sobchak's "Wilson Combat 1911". This pistol is quite clearly a stainless Kimber Custom TLE/RL II, not a Wilson Combat 1911.

Ruger LCP

In "Pimento" (S1E09), Mike (Jonathan Banks) takes what appears to be an anachronistic Ruger LCP from Sobchak's (Steven Ogg) ankle holster while disarming him.

Ruger LCP - .380 ACP
"That's cute".
Mike takes the third pistol from Sobchak.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX

The last of Sobchak's (Steven Ogg) four pistols that is taken by Mike (Jonathan Banks) is an IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX, which Mike describes as "impressive".

IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX - .50 AE
"Wow... now that's impressive".
Mike finds Sobchak's Desert Eagle Mark XIX. Note over-barrel accessory rail and safety design, indicating that this is a 1st Gen Mark XIX.
"How 'bout you? You want one?"
Mike holds the Desert Eagle and all of Sobchak's other guns, offering one to the other bodyguard, Clarence (David Mattey).

Bolt-Action Rifle

A bolt-action rifle is seen in a painting in Richard Sipes' (Joe Berryman) house in "Alpine Shepherd Boy" (S1E05).

The rifle is shown in Richard's hands in the picture above.

Advanced Taser M26

In "Alpine Shepherd Boy" (S1E05), APD Officer Jacocks (Jacob Browne) uses an Advanced M26 Taser against Chuck McGill after he refuses to open the door for the police.
