'''Another Thin Man''' was filmed in 1939 about retired detective Nick Charles played by William Powell and his wife Nora Charles played by Myrna Loy as they arrive back in New York with their new baby Nicky Jr. They are invited to Colonel MacFey's for the weekend as he wants Nick to investigate Phil Church and the Cuban. After several strange incidents, Nick talks to Phil Church who talks about his dreams of the Colonel's death. When the Colonel is killed in his room the everyone in the house becomes a suspect to the police including Nick Charles. After the local police interrogate everyone they issue a country-wide bulletin for the arrest of Phil Church. Nick and Nora head back to New York City to rest but the investigation continues in New York. With the involvement of a racketeer named "Diamond Back" Vogel, the stakes are raised and another murder is committed. The list of suspects is growing with each minute passing and in Charles's apartment, Nick pieces the puzzle together and solves the case.
