Andrew "Andreas" Katsulas (May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006) was an American actor of Greek descent. His most notable roles are the one-armed man Sykes in 1993's The Fugitive, Romulan Commander Tomalak in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Ambassador G'Kar in Babylon 5.
