The Glock 17 is also a frequently used handgun in the series.
Glock 17L
A Glock 17L is seen in the hands of Lennox (Ethan Hawke) in "Double Agent" (S2E14).
Heckler & Koch USP
Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner) carries a Heckler & Koch USP on some missions as her sidearm.
Kahr K9
In "Phase One" (S2E13), Sydney pulls a Kahr K9 from a suitcase while undercover on a private jet.
Makarov PM
The Makarov PM makes a few appearances in the series, notably held by Julian Sark (David Anders) in "Dead Drop" (S2E04).
Smith & Wesson 5906
A gunman on an airplane threatens Sydney with a Smith & Wesson 5906 in "Phase One" (S2E13).
Norinco Type 54 / Model 213
Irina Derevko (Lena Olin) is seen using a Norinco Type 54s in Season 2's premiere "The Enemy Walks In" (S2E01).

In "The Indicator" (S2E05), gunmen are armed with Benelli M3 Super 90 shotguns during an ambush.
Other
Sage Control SL-6 Rotary Launcher
In "The Abduction" (S2E10), Sark uses a Sage Control SL-6 rotary launcher during a heist. This is most likely the same weapon seen in the film Terminator 3.
