The following weapons appear in Season 44 of the television series Alarm für Cobra 11:
Pistols
Heckler & Koch P30
Paul Renner (Daniel Roesner) uses a Heckler & Koch P30 as his sidearm throughout the season.
Walther P88C
As usual, Semir Gerkhan (Erdogan Atalay) uses a Walther P88C as his service pistol.
Glock 17
Through the episode "Most Wanted" the FBI agents are armed with Glock 17s. Later they lend the same models to Semir and Paul (In some of the scenes they apparently used airsoft replicas)
Heckler & Koch P2000
Jenny Dorn (Katrin Heß) carries a Heckler & Koch P2000 in episode "Most Wanted".
Walther P99
In "Most Wanted" the Hungarian Police appears to be issuing Walther P99 as the standard service sidearm. Later two of them were taken by Semir and Paul. In a scene David Bartók appears with a P99 instead of his PPQ due to an error.
CZ P-09
David Bartók used the CZ P-09 in "Most Wanted".

Semir holds an unidentified revolver to hold up the FBI.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The FBI used Heckler & Koch MP5A3 for deployments in "Most Wanted". They were equipped with holographic sight, green laser pointer and fore-grip.
Heckler & Koch MP7
Some SEK officers use the Heckler & Koch MP7.
IMI Uzi
Andreas Santos fires an Uzi in "Wo ist Semir?".
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G3A4
The "cleaner" uses a Heckler & Koch G3A4 with scope and bipod in "Ausgelöscht: Part 1".
Heckler & Koch G36K
Oberstabsfeldwebel Marco Groß (Florian Panzner) uses a Heckler & Koch G36K in "Tag der Abrechnung". It is later picked up by Thomas Sander (Mathias Herrmann).
Karabiner 98k
Two Wehrmacht or Waffen SS soldiers can be seen running with Karabiner 98ks in "Wo ist Semir?".

Two soldiers of unknown nationality can be seen with Heckler & Koch HK416 in "Wo ist Semir?".
