The following guns were used in the film The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai Across the 8th Dimension:
Colt Model 1903/1908
A Colt Model 1903/1908 pocket hammerless is used by Buckaroo Bonzai(Peter Weller) during the assault on Lord John Whorfin(John Lithgow)'s warehouse/hideout. Also possibly used by Whorfin to shoot one of his alien followers.
Colt SAA
Used by Buckaroo Bonzai as his main weapon throughout the movie also two are seen used by New Jersey(Jeff Goldblum).
Colt M16A1
An M16A1 is used by some of Buckaroo Bonzai's followers during the assault on the warehouse.
Ruger Mini-14
A Ruger Mini-14 is used by a black child working with Buckaroo.
Sterling SMG
A Sterling SMG is used by one of Buckaroo's allies during the warehouse assault.
Unknown Pistol
Penny Priddy (Ellen Barkin) attempts to commit suicide with an unknown pistol. It's not unknown, but i would need to see the movie again to name it. Sorry guys. - I think it's an FN/Colt vest pocket.
Uzi
An Uzi is used by one of Buckaroo's band members when the woman attempts to commit suicide.
MAC-10
A MAC-10 is used by John Bigboote (Christopher Lloyd) when kidnapping the Asian scientist.
